Im having memories of past lives. I remember some lives where I lived as someone in Egypt as well as being a warrior in a jungle type of place before it was attacked.

How do you know if past life memories are real past life memories? I am wondering because I want to know if these are real past life memories or just something that came to me now.

I can not answer that but my guess would be to use your intuition.

If you have emotionally impactful dreams about a certain culture, place or era that can be a clue. Or have a deep and abiding interest in a given culture, race, era, country etc.
