Who owns these crafts UFO

Can anyone tell me what kind of craft this is who they are related to...The craft - UFO was round but at the back had like half a circular taken out of the craft.. ( Exsample---. Like a small horse shoe at the back of craft . Hope this makes sense. I had on above my house. As soon as I saw it it went invisible from left to right. ???
Also I get this like numbness in my ears before I get sleep paralist, then have an o.b.e,, iv learned to fight with the sleep paralist so I don't get it. As soon as I feel this like numbness in my ears. I usually can avoid the sleep paralist..
